3. Get your photos ready to ship
We recommend using a Medium USPS Priority Mail Box, you can get these for free at your local USPS.

Our team will contact you shortly (at the email address provided with this order) to schedule your appointment.
Our digitization team can often accommodate appointments shortly after your order is placed, however this is subject to our team’s availability. We guarantee that we can schedule any appointments within 14 days after an order is placed at the latest.
If you do not see anything in your inbox within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folders. Otherwise please contact us and we will make sure we schedule your appointment.
4. We take it from there
After completing your pick-up we will get started on your digitizing.
If you chose to do a home-visit, after completing the appointment, we will start working on the digitization post-processing.
